The Data Processing Department is the heart of the MCAP Plan - a program that is our promise to greatly reduce your postage and printing costs and increase your response rate. We help you mail less by removing undeliverable addresses and purging duplicate addresses.  CCI offers this and many other computer services to our customers.

The Data Processing Department employs a combination of state-of-the-art computers, top-rated direct mail software and well-trained personnel that can meet your every need.

Every job is handled individually, so, if you require special programming, CCI can help. We have several programmers fluent in various programming languages with a combined experience of more than 45 years. Special printing needs, data verification, parsing, reports and more can be done by our own programmers.

CCI provides technical support for all our clients ranging from advice on formatting a disk to actually going to the client's site to work with them until the problem is solved.

• Data Entry
  CCI can maintain your mailing list in-house with updates and backups.
• File Conversion
  Whether you purchase a list or manage your own list, CCI can convert that file to our format. We can accommodate nearly every media and file format available.  We also have access to every commercially available mailing list.
• Address Correction
  After conversion, our state-of-the-art software will standardize and enhance all of your addresses. The resulting file is CASS certified, a requirement of the USPS, which results in greater postage savings.
• Merge/Purge
  Purging duplicate addresses is the next step towards postage and production savings. We can find and remove duplicate records by any means you specify, or we'll suggest the best way.
• Presort
  By presorting your mailing list, you could save more than 50% in postage over first class mail.
• Printing
  We can print labels and reports of any kind. We also setup and print customized variable data print (VDP) direct mail using our Hitachi Digital Printers.
